About RIOPA
RIOPA is a networking organization for Roosevelt University's Industrial & Organizational Psychology students.

Our mission is to support members in their continued education in the field of I-O Psychology and create opportunities for professional and educational development.
Welcome back, returning RIOPA members and a big welcome to our new friends and classmates joining us this year! The RIOPA Executive Board has been hard at work planning some fun and exciting events for the 2023-2024 academic school year.
Our goal this year is to connect RIOPA and our members to the breadth of resources Chicago has to offer within the Industrial-Organization Psychology field. This year, we encourage all of you to take your degrees a step further and explore the interests, trends, resources, and opportunities within the I-O Psychology community of Chicago and beyond. Be on the lookout for events, resource-packed newsletters, and opportunities to hear professionals of varying backgrounds speak about their careers as I-O Psychologists.
We hope to strengthen RIOPA as the bridge between the classroom and the industry with lots of fun along the way!
